Customer satisfaction is what we aim for, in the unlikely event you have received an item which you are not happy with, you may return your unworn item, in original, re-sellable condition within 14 days after the delivery date.
Once we have reviewed your returned parcel and it has been inspected by our team, a credit coupon will be issued which you can use to purchase a replacement. Please note, refunds can only be issued in the unlikely case of an item having been delivered faulty. The following items cannot be returned (sale items, swimwear, intimates or accessories)
Please take extra care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that are stained with make-up, fake tan, deodorant etc. If the returned item does not comply with our return policy, it will be returned to you, the customer.

- Print, complete the form not forgetting to include your order number found on your invoice sent with your parcel or your confirmation email.
- Mail your item to our returns address within 14 days of your original delivery date
- Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed
- One of our customer service team members will review your request, once approved a staff member will contact you with an outcome
In the unlikely event an item you have received is FAULTY, your refund will be processed if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery date providing a detailed description of the fault in your item along with pictures as proof via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and as well as following the steps above.
